Fixed in edit/cleanup_report.py 1.58. Installed in r2016-166 on 2016-09-23. Closing.

Part 2 - The 'Resolve' column should not be displayed if the user is not a moderator. Fixed in edit/cleanup_report.py 1.59, installed in r2016-167 on 2016-09-23.
