Update the "ISFDB FAQ" link that appears on most pages to link to http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/index.php/ISFDB:FAQ

At present we are linking to http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/index.php/ISFDB_FAQ In June 2012 this page was moved meaning that people who click the ISFDB FAQ link are redirected to the new URL. It created a bit of surprise for me though as I clicked from ISFDB and in another tab I had http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page open and was puzzled as to why the link color for the ISFDB FAQ link did not change.

    Fixed in common/navbar.py 1.35, installed in r2016-069 on 2016-04-06. Closing.
