Fixed in:

edit/cleanup_report.py 1.15 nightly/nightly_update.py 1.139

Installed in r2015-222 on 2015-11-01. Keeping the Bug open because the updated report excludes German magazine/fanzines. Once the other 126 mismatches have been fixed, we will need to address the 1,400+ Perry Rhodan issues which have this problem.
