'Invalid Record URLs in Notes' cleanup report finds merged notes. The title merge logic has been fixed to prevent this from happening in the future, but there are 10 previosuly merged Notes records that are found by this report. Note that this will only delete the 10 affected Notes records. There are many more previosuly merged Notes records that still need to be identified and removed from the database.

Fixed in scripts/delete_merged_notes.sql 1.1, installed in r2015-119 on 2015-08-16.
