#485 Entering spaces in the Web Pages field causes an error

Entering spaces in the Web Pages field causes an error. This affects Authors, Publishers, Pub Series, and Award Types, but apparently not Titles. However, it still caused Edit Title to process an all-spaces "Web page" as if it were a real Web page.
