#420 Author-specific data can be lost when editing titles

Author-specific data can be lost when editing titles via EditPub. This can only happen if an author has only one title record associated with him/her. The filing logic will delete the author record and then recreate it, which will result in accidental loss of author-specific biographical data and Web pages.
