#377 Issue Grid field alignment bug
In a magazine issue grid, cells are normally center aligned. This applies to the "No Month" column as well if there is only one such issue in a year. But if there are multiple "No Month" issues in a year, then the new cells created are always left aligned. This makes for an odd appearance. See "Morgen", at http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/seriesgrid.cgi?33631, for an example.
