#375 "Chapterbooks without Contents Titles" script doesn't find all eligible chapterbooks
"Chapterbooks without Contents Titles" script doesn't find all eligible chapterbooks. The problem is that the cleanup script looks for CHAPTERBOOK pubs with only one title associated with them. The logic works correctly in most cases, but if a CHAPTERBOOK pub has a cover art record on file, then the script thinks that there are two titles and skips the pub. We need to change the script to look for CHAPTERBOOK pubs with no SHORTFICTION/POEM/SERIAL titles.

Fixed in mod/ec_search.py 1.2. Installed in r2013-155 on 2013-11-10.
