0000-MM-DD dates are no longer allowed in Edit Author due to the recent addition of JavaScript validation. Although 0000-MM-DD dates should not be legal for awards, titles and pubs, they should be supported for authors.

Fixed in edit/isfdblib.py 1.45. Installed in r2013-169 on 2013-12-18.
