#361 Curly apostrophes display wrong

In the title display, both in the large print below the banner and in the main display of a bibliographic entry, a "left curly apostrophe", i.e.‘, is displayed as a left curly apostrophe; but a "right curly apostrophe", i.e. ’, is displayed as a straight apostrophe. They should either all be converted, or none. I'll mention that with “curly quotes”, such as I used on that phrase, they are always displayed as is, with no conversion to the " straight quote.
