edit/rmtitles.py has an extraneous space between the title type (e.g. ESSAY) and the author list.

Ahasuerus - 2012-12-12

Fixed in edit/rmtitles.py 1.11, installed in r2012-60 on 2012-12-11. Also hyperlinked all title records and authors and added appropriate error messages when the script is given an invalid (or missing) publication number.
