Title Edit adds series and authors with apostrophes to the body of each submission even if that field's data hasn't changed. This is caused by the fact that method loadCommon in common/titleClass.py XML-escapes series names, but not other properties. Consequently method EvalField in edit/submittitle.py handles this information inconsistently. Further research may be needed.
