When a user adds Contents titles in EditPub, the added title records do not inherit the language of the reference title.

This problem in Edit Pub, Clone Pub and Export/Import Contents was fixed in:
common\SQLparsing.py 1.63
mod\ca_new.py 1.10
mod\common.py 1.9
mod\pa_update.py 1.10

Installed in r2012-25.
