The three Submission pages (New, Recent Integration and Recent Rejects) display any Subject fields which contain Unicode characters incorrectly, e.g. "A Guía Fantástica". This is due to the fact that the software doesn't unescape XML for this field, which is encoded differently than the rest of the submission data.
