The Award Bibliography page doesn't handle pseudonyms well. Firstly, it doesn't display the standard "or view all titles by this pseudonym here)" line for pseudonyms. Secondly, it displays a table header header even though there are no awards to display. The Awards page needs to be brought in compliance with the de facto display standard established by the other Biblio pages.
