Web pages can be lost when editing Publisher and Publication Series records. When the Nth Web page is deleted, N+1th and subsequent pages are deleted as well.

Publisher fixed in common/publisherClass.py 1.3. Installed in r2014-17 on 2014-01-12. Pub Series is still outstanding.
