There should be no conflicts reported with webpages, as multiple webpages are allowed - however, merging should remove duplicates.

    Webpage conflicts no longer shown, webpages will be moved to the kept Publisher only if it doesn't have them already. Also, change the moderator screen to fix the labels for the links to the records being merged.
