#120 Multi-author serials have unneeded [as by ...]

A title by multiple authors having serials (set up as variants) with the same set of authors displays the serial titles with an uneccessary trailing "[as by ...]". For example, the Joyleg serialization in Ward Moore's summary (http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/ea.cgi?Ward_Moore) shows "Joyleg (Part 1 of 2) (1962) with Avram Davidson [as by Ward Moore and Avram Davidson ] ".

Fixed by the 21-Sep-2009 commit of biblio/common.py 1.32. Modified displaySerials to check the list of serial authors against the list of title authors and to display the [as by ...] only if those lists are different (had been checking just single author case).
