When Adding a Publication to a Title (script addpub), the user is given the option to "Delete Record" at the very bottom of the page. This option leads to the "deletepub" script and the parameter is the ID of the Title that the user is adding the Pub to. The "Delete Record" option shouldn't appear on this page.
