The Summary page doesn't always display translated titles correctly if the translated title is the same as the original title. For example, if you are not signed in, which limits the titles that you see to the original version and its English translations (if there are any), and you go to Stanislaw Lem's page, you will see the following line:

Solaris (1961) [also as by Stanislaw Lem ]

This happens because the software doesn't realize that the English version of "Solaris" should be displayed on a separate line. We need to make it smarter so that it would check the language codes of the two titles before taking the [also as by] fork of the display logic.

    Fixed in:

    biblio/common.py 1.56
    biblio/se.py 1.20
    biblio/title.py 1.41
    common/SQLparsing.py 1.68
    common/isfdb.py 1.38
    edit/tp_search.py 1.21
    edit/ta_search.py 1.20
    edit/find_dups.py 1.13

Installed in r2012-44. Also fixed the way reviews appear when the review or the reviewed title doesn't have a language code. Moved language names from the database to isfdb.py to improve performance.
