#58 My Pending Edits issues

The timestamp of items in the My Pending Edits display shows "None" -- it used to show the time when the edit had been submited.

The reveiwer shows "unknown" and tries to link to a talk page for user unknown. This column should either be suppressed (since a pending edit can't have a reviewerm unless this is used for "held by") or else set to "N/A" or some such, and not linked.

It looks like the error is in SQLgetUserName, which lives in common/SQLparsing.py, which was, in turn, modified by Marty for r2009-02. Assigned to Marty for review.

The timestamp has been fixed by the commits of 18-JUN-2009. All of the "recent" display date columns will use the reviewed date, if present, otherwise the submission date. Reviewer column in the pending edits view is blank due to a prior code change.
