When I visit the "My rejected Edits" page I see the text:
parse error on: 266230 DESiegel60 Whispers #6-7, June 1975 Special <i>Weird Tales</i> issue. <br> temp: incomplete Supplement (Whispers #6-7) Stuart David Schiff 1975-06-00 SHORTFICTION sf
at the top of the page. This looks like part of the notes for an Edit I did months ago.

This bug can hard to test since the publicly available backup file doesn't include the submissions. I'll poke around tonight using the full backup.
Re-assigning to Marty based on the discussion on Talk:Development.
This is fixed by the commits of 18-JUN-2009. The construction of the page was printing out the XML if a parse failed. Removed that print-out and modified the "Subject" column to read "XML PARSE ERROR" (instead of being blank). This is how the moderator versions of these tables were already handling this case. The change allows the display to remain clean, while indicating the problem.
Fixed in r2009-05.
