#235 Publisher template fails

The Publisher template is intended to allow us to view/add comments about a publisher, and then jump back to that publisher fails. It fails for the publisher "Xerme Edicions, S.L.", at http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/publisher.cgi?40103. You can go to the publisher wiki page, but the header template is unable to return you to the publisher page.

Also fails for other publishers, e.g. for the "Airmont Books" publisher page I created.

The issue is that the editor used {{PublisherHeader}} without a record number. It should have been either {{PublisherHeader|10921}} or {{PublisherHeader|id=10921}} to allow the template to generate an HTML link to the publisher bibliography page.

Ideally, the template is fixed to detect that the record ID was not given and to generate a warning message that it's missing in place of the standard header.

This bug report is out of date since we now use the "Web pages" field to link Wiki-hosted pages.
