On a "Publication Listing" page, if the ISBN of a publication has been entered as an ISBN-13 via a "New" or "Edit" page, then the Amazon US & Amazon UK links on the left under "Other Sites" don't work.
For example, http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/pl.cgi?CHRLBNNDTB2008 which has its ISBN in the database as 978-1-4052-4045-1 (according to the publication editor screen). When its ISBN was originally an ISBN-10, the link (to Amazon UK, at least) worked. (I originally compiled the data from Amazon UK, but now that I have my hands on a copy & it only has the ISBN-13 on the copy, I have changed the publication's data to have the ISBN-13 version.)
I entered a couple of other publications yesterday with ISBN-13s that are in Amazon UK 'cos I got image links from there and the "Other Site" links to Amazon UK don't work (e.g. http://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/pl.cgi?BRSNGRRTHS2008\)

This is the same problem as reported in #2271738, and has been fixed by the check-ins of 23-MAY-2009.
All of the navigation links will now get ISBN10, regardless of the pub's original ISBN format. Modified PrintNavBar() in common.py to convert the pub's ISBN to ISBN10 and use the converted result in the link.
Same as bug 2271738.
Fixed in r2009-02.
