#111 Label incorrect for magazine co-editors

When creating a new magazine entry, if there is more than one editor name to enter, the user clicks the "Add Author" button to get an additional field. But the new field is labeled "Author2" rather than "Editor2:" (the colon is missing as well as the word being wrong) even thought the first field is labeled Editor1. Also it would be nice if the button were "Add Editor".

Fixed in edit/isfdblib.py 1.31, installed in r2013-105.
