#287 Legacy-Deleting PEP Public IF does not remove related Resource NATs

If one deletes a PEP Public Interface, any resource NATs which use addresses on that public network remain. We should show a warning message that they will be removed with an option to cancel. If the user elects to continue, they must be removed.
