#199 Recreating deleted PEP creates Resource artifacts

We deleted a PEP with three direct routes, 192.168.0.15, 192.168.1.15, 192.168.2.15. When we recreated the PEP with the same networks, we saw two strange Network Server objects under the PEP in the Resources QListView for two of the IP addresses, i.e., not the correct network server object syntax which includes the mask length. Reloading the database removed these objects from the QListView.
