#36 Cannot browse for config files

When you want to select a configuration file and a file browser dialog is opened you cannot open folders.
Double clicking a folder does not result in opening the folder and showing the files/folders inside as it should.

The only way to select a config file is to type the entire path manually.

This is a problem with java, but I will be getting around this problem by utilising my own version of a file chooser in the next release.
