running win2000 sp4 on DFI-NFII-ULTRA-AL/AthlonXP2500+

installed this software and it killed everything, and
reconfigured my own permissions.

please give me ideas how i can restore my sistem
because this is unbearable that the i cannot shut down
my own system.

it disabled the following:

windows builtin screenlock
shutdown/restart of system
also killed my p2p apps

That worked the same under WindowXP.
Inserting the correct password for the screenlock ( pass=
"123" ) adjust some features but still i cannot shutdown ..
