#19 Isafer all versions - Apache 2.0 Crash

When Isafer is active Apache 2.0 on Winxp 2 chrashes
continuosuly...

Had to add Win32DisableAcceptEx in httpd.conf settings
making apache 2.0 slower to fix problem..

"AcceptEx Failed"

syscall on win32, see the Win32DisableAcceptEx directive.
