#1 Can't install

Hi.Wai Keet here. My email is fiancailles79@yahoo.com
I'm currently facing some problem installing ISAAC at my
Linux system in my school. After creating the ISAAc
directory and src directory, I try to type tar -xvf
isaac.tar to untar the distibution but it is later stated
that the file and directory does not exist. Morever,
where can I output the inout file to so that I can run
ISAAC???
