#2 2-digit numbers don't work

I'm using ShowShifter with an IR200. I downloaded all
the related software per the instructions on
ShowShifter's website.

I'm using it to control a Scientific Atlanta digital cable
box provided by Time Warner Cable.

I am able to control the box fine using channels 1 - 9.
But no two-digit or higher channels will work.

I have the precise same problem using irtuner with the Time
Warner NY Scientific Atlanta Explorer 2100 digital cable box.
