#3 RedRat2 driver not transmitting, W2K

After installing the latest versions of the tuner and
the beta driver files for RedRat2 I can run the IR
Setup and all seems to work properly. However when I
go to use irtuner via ShowShifter channels won't
change. Here is the contents of the irtuner.log file:

irtuner.ini file open
irtuner.ini file closed
Device Driver DLL loaded
Function Pointers Loaded
Remote Data loaded

pRemote was not released properly

OS: Windows 2000 sp2
Showshifter 1.50 build 513
