#2 Does not send commands under WinME

I am running version 1.5 of IR Tuner, with v1.3 of the
Actisys driver under WinME. The Setup utility
properly detects the IR200L and records the buttons,
but the IR Tuner DLL does not seem to work under
ShowShifter (even with the Registry entry).

Is this the same timing problem that was being
experienced under Win2K?

Is there another way to test the IR-200L outside of
Showshifter - like a command line util to test the
sending of commands from the IR device?
