Ant build problem : Unable to find a javac; Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK

Download JDK at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html
Extract jdk into a local folder on your computer
Add .../jdk1.7.0_13/lib/tools.jar as Global Entries in your ANT Runtime Classpath

Window -> Preferences -> Ant -> Runtime -> Add external jar
