i forgot to add this patch. it reduced the draw calls for dx and opengl to one.
the opengl implementation may be optimized if you replace glDrawArray() with glDrawElements().
i also add a optimation for drawMeshBufferNormals

The changes to CNullDriver are not working, since software drivers don't support all primitive types so far.
