#14 installer.app refuses to install EventSharing
EventSharing.pkg cannot be installed - after the target volume is
selected, it says "You are not allowed to install the software in the
default location on the disk ...". Installer.app does not ask for a
password. It is started as a user that belongs to group admin.
Doing ls -la / returns (among other things)

Stuff in /Library looks good as well:

(I have updated the permissions on the Library folder so admin can
access it.)
I have tried to set NeedsAuthorization in Resources/EventSharing.info
to 'YES' -- still can't install.
I could copy the files from Archive.pax to the appropriate directories
with no trouble whatsoever.
I tried version 1.4 on OS X 10.2.6
