Besides the long overdue rediff against iroffer.org this version includes lots of new features done by the project's new developer dinoex.

Iroffer-Mod with mIRC-style DCC Server capabilities. In some cases this allows file transfers without complicated reconfigurations of firewalls. Also includes some other features that are more or less useful.
