IRNet finally published

IRNet is client for new IR p2p protocol. IRNet is completely free of advertisements and has a nice, easy to use skined interface. Firewall and router support is integrated and its easy and convenient to use functions like multi sourced downloads, bypassing broken files, multi-hub connections, automatic searches for multi source downloads and clean install.
