#14 multiple keypad-definitions

if you want to use all the modules and features of irmp3,
you either have to use a big remote-control or a big
keypad.

my idea: add option to irmp3.conf to define multiple
commands to one keypad-button.

could look like this:

irmp_keypad_buttons: a,b,c,d,e

irmp_keypad_a: stop
irmp_keypad_b: pause
irmp_keypad_c: load playlist
irmp_keypad_d: loaddir

browser_keypad_buttons: a,b

browser_keypad_a: browser show
browser_keypad_b: browser add

and so on for other modules which uses keypad-input.
