I have a suggestion for IRM maybe it is a goed idea
Today there was a problem with one of the computers of
a employee. It's not a high priority problem so i can
fix it later when see did not use the computer. I asked
the employee when he not use the computer and that is 1
Now i really think that i forgot the problem of the
computer. But that's my problem i know.
But for problems there is maybe a solution.
- Make a field into the ticket where you can fill in
the date when you have to remember that ticket
- Make somthing that IRM knows "Oh it's one september"
i send a E-mail to Christian with the summary: "Do not
forgot your ticket number 5321!!! or something.
So then i open my E-mail and i did not forgot that
So it's a suggestion do with it what you wanna do.
I like IRM for so far ! ;)
