#287 knowledge base- <br> tags showing in published text

I published an article to the Knowledge base, and put
in a couple of 'returns' to break up the answer into
paragraphs and the <br> tags show in the published text.

Also the buttons on the published article...one reads
'Remove article to the FAQ' should that be 'Remove
article from the FAQ'?

Finally, when I preview the article after modifying it,
the submit button text reads 'modify article' when I
think it would make more sense to say 'submit article'
(or publish, or keep changes - actually there is no
'back button if you don't want to keep the changes)
