Code conversion

Today I've converted the existing code to a Visual Studio project, so it's easier for new programmers to join in on the project.

To compile the code you need:
- Visual Studio (my version is 2008)
- QT opensource edition + visual studio plugin
- the Boost library (just some header files)

To get the code from this site you need:
- TurtoiseSVN
- optionally: visualSVN plugin for visual studio
