#2 Overhaul Z-stack interface

No

Goals of this task are to change the z-stack dialog box so that the user enters:

  1. Total depth to be imaged (microns).
  2. Distance between planes (microns).
  3. Number of images per depth.

The motor will proceed downwards from the current location and acquire a single z-stack.

Ensure the motor does not move during "continuous" acquisition as it currently will begin moving in one direction and continues doing so until the user stops pulling in frames. It's also not obvious that, currently, z step being negative makes it scan down. Further, if "time to wait" is zero we get no z-stack.
