LL - Adata.m now checks if raw data has been deleted before saving for all recording types (including 2P)

added functionality to create new adata files with Adata.create("path_to_matfile.mat").
This just creates the object that has to be populated with data using adata.add_variable() and then saved to disk using adata.save_changes()

Added 4 matplotlib colormaps, related GNU license, and a divergent colormap function - HL

HM - renamed the function from 'powerInRange.m' to 'AvgPsdInRange.m' for clarity. updated to accept matrices or N-D arrays as signal as well. added usb_dB_averaging linear conversion.

HM - added arguments to control PSD average across animals, to average over time, and to adjust color lim. Set the minimum frame length across animals for each timepoint.
