LL - Solved a bug in WF_corrmat.m

the argument tp_list was described as accepting either a vector of tp indices that would be used for all sites or a cell array where you can select a different set of timepoints for each site. This was not the behavior implemented.
Now this works as intended and described in the function docstring

ES: plotERP does not automatically create figure object anymore

updated the file selection instruction to not load the .bin file.

fixed parsing of the NaN paradigm fields in the old data (when paradigm field was not introduced yet) based on comment fields.
