calc_widefield_act.m: also updated the 2ch version for single conversion at the ROI level

calc_widefield_act.m now converts data to single at the ROI level

corrected the bug when it throws error for the expid which doesn't have adata (now it assigns black frame)

removed 'template' from inputs (TK)

lupoleon - some changes to make nbstrp_clean.m have equal outputs as nbstrp

lupoleon - clean version of nbstrp with NaNs and Infs protection
groups do not need to be increasing integers
refactored for speed and legibility

generate_proj_meta.m: fixed a bug in line 234. I think this only starts to matter once the aux channel naming changes in the course of a project. In my case, it was a quite sneaky rename from Perturbation to PerturbationLFM at the same position which the code didnt catch. -heinmatt

update so that the last minute of the recording is never the one plotted as it can contain incomplete data

running the function now plots all timepoints on a single figure, rather than having to run the function for each timepoint
