corrected the bug when it throws error for the expid which doesn't have adata (now it assigns black frame)

generate_proj_meta.m: fixed a bug in line 234. I think this only starts to matter once the aux channel naming changes in the course of a project. In my case, it was a quite sneaky rename from Perturbation to PerturbationLFM at the same position which the code didnt catch. -heinmatt

update so that the last minute of the recording is never the one plotted as it can contain incomplete data

running the function now plots all timepoints on a single figure, rather than having to run the function for each timepoint

changed the colourmap from jet to magma and added a flag to overlay the allen atlas grid on top.

Analysis: rolling back register_exp_fixoutliers.m, was an upstream error
