LoadData: faster (dx,dy) correction for 2p movies (post-motion registration)

matlab load function for aux videos from the NI-IMAQdx (USB cams) interface. Tested only for uint16 bitness so far. Almost certainly needs adjustment for other bitnesses. Consider as under construction. - heinmatt

RoiQuest: update to make ROIs work in single z-plane recordings

TestingGround: testing speed improvements to (dx,dy) correction on 2p data

Added a RunningState flag, to be able to subselect by running or stationary. Default is still to plot all (running + stationary).

In RoiQuest for the WF pipeline solved a bug relative to comparison of corner ROIs.

Corner ROIS were used to check ROI consistency between the first expID and the one that is currently being saved (in the case of propagate without overwriting). Now they are excluded from the check since they could or could not exist.
