RoiQuest - Deletion of ROIs for chronic series is now easier.

Newly added ROIs can be deleted without any check.
If you select a mixture of old and new ROIs you can decide to only delete the new ones or delete all the selected ones.
If you delete at least one of the old ROIs then the old algorithm takes care of the matching: first auto-saves, matching the existing ROIs to the ones in the previous timepoint. Then removes the selected ROIs from all the previous timepoints

updated the call to load_exp in calc_act.m to the new syntax

load_exp was called with the old syntax (more input arguments than now) in calc_act.m and threw an error. Now it should be solved
